About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain prospect lists targeting SMB owners and executives (20-200 employees) in AEC, CPA, legal, creative agency, and manufacturing firms across the Dallas Fort Worth area
  • Run outbound outreach across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn, and iterate on your process based on what the data tells you
  • Book qualified discovery calls for our leadership team, ensuring prospects fit our ICP and show up
  • Keep the CRM clean and current so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Report on what's working, what isn't, and what you're changing, without being asked
  • Recommend better tools or processes when you see ROI. If you've used something that works, we'll listen

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-4 years of SDR or outbound sales experience, ideally selling managed services, IT, or professional services to business owners or executives
  • A documented history of consistently booking 4-5+ qualified meetings per month
  • Extremely self-sufficient. You've succeeded with minimal oversight and can describe the systems you built to do it
  • Comfortable building lists and processes from scratch, not just working leads someone else sourced
  • A clear, confident communicator who can hold a conversation with a CEO or managing partner without leaning on jargon
  • Located in the Dallas Fort Worth area, with the ability to work a hybrid schedule
  • Bonus: familiarity with Zoho CRM, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
