• In this role you will handle general secretarial and assistant duties, in particular correspondence with clients, engineering firms, project stakeholders and authorities.
• You will be the central point of contact for the project team on administrative matters and support project managers in day-to-day operations as well as with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, invoices and contracts.
• In addition, you will cover reception duties and take care of mail, telephone, invoice entry, ordering office supplies, and the preparation and follow-up of meetings.
• You will ensure that project documentation is complete—both electronically and in paper form—and compile documents for construction and project management.
• Preparing outgoing invoices and handling dunning/collections complete your diverse range of tasks. Nothing is left in the dark; everything is thoroughly documented.
