• Nebenbei bist Du im Bereich Bank / Kasse / Forderungsmanagement aktiv und sorgst dafür, dass das Out-of-Home-Geschäft sowie die Schwestergesellschaften stets finanziell auf Kurs bleiben.
• Deine Unterstützung bei der Reisekostenabrechnung sowie bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen macht Dich zu einem unverzichtbaren Teammitglied.
• Außerdem bist Du bei allgemeinen Aufgaben (u.a. Anlagenbuchhaltung) sowie anderen klassischen Aufgaben im Buchhalterischen Bereidh mit an Bord – so bleibst Du immer am Puls der Firma

Buchhalter

• Laufende WEG Buchhaltung bearbeiten
• Erstellung und Bearbeitung der offenen Posten
• Korrekter Durchführung des Mahnlaufs verantwortlich
• Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs gehört zum Aufgabenbereich
• Monatliche Abrechnungen für die Eigentümer erstellen

Buchhalter WEG

• Responsible for the general ledger on an independent basis
• Active in bank, cash and accounts receivable management
• Support with travel expense reporting as well as monthly and annual financial statements
• General accounting tasks (including fixed asset accounting)

Accountant – m/f/d
