About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and coordinate installation appointments and ensure smooth execution
  • Act as the central point of contact for customers and internal/external project stakeholders regarding installations
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure the successful implementation of all projects
  • Review installation reports and forward billing-relevant information
  • Work closely with the project team to transition pilot projects into regular operations (rollout)
  • Prepare forecasts to support procurement planning
  • Maintain and update all relevant data in the internal tracking system
  • Prepare regular reports for management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Structured, detail-oriented and proactive working style
  • Experience in a coordinating role with customer and project contact
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of service and customer orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple time-critical tasks in parallel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a confident presence
  • Resilience and flexibility, including when handling short-term schedule changes
  • Good Excel skills, particularly for tracking and analyzing data
  • Team player with enthusiasm for collaboration
