About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • End-to-end HR support for all employees — from onboarding to offboarding
  • Independent payroll processing, including statutory reporting and issuance of certificates
  • Drafting and managing employment contracts, contract amendments, employment references and certificates
  • Maintenance of personnel files and all payroll-relevant data
  • Recruiting tasks: creating and publishing job advertisements, applicant management, organizing and conducting interviews
  • Point of contact for employees, managers, social security institutions and public authorities
  • Support on labor law questions and internal HR projects
  • Development and optimization of HR processes and structures
  • Support for accounts payable

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial vocational training with further HR qualification, or a degree with an HR focus
  • Solid knowledge of payroll tax, social security and employment law
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR role
  • Proficient with payroll systems/software
  • Structured, independent and confidential working style
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit and tact in dealing with people
