HR Manager — Payroll
Jobbusters®HR Manager responsible for comprehensive HR support and payroll management in a traditional family business. Engaging with employees from entry to exit while optimizing HR processes.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- End-to-end HR support for all employees — from onboarding to offboarding
- Independent payroll processing, including statutory reporting and issuance of certificates
- Drafting and managing employment contracts, contract amendments, employment references and certificates
- Maintenance of personnel files and all payroll-relevant data
- Recruiting tasks: creating and publishing job advertisements, applicant management, organizing and conducting interviews
- Point of contact for employees, managers, social security institutions and public authorities
- Support on labor law questions and internal HR projects
- Development and optimization of HR processes and structures
- Support for accounts payable
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial vocational training with further HR qualification, or a degree with an HR focus
- Solid knowledge of payroll tax, social security and employment law
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR role
- Proficient with payroll systems/software
- Structured, independent and confidential working style
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and tact in dealing with people
