Growth Marketing

• You will own the end-to-end marketing strategy, define our Go-To-Market approach, and run experiments across messaging, audiences, channels, pricing and customer journeys.
• Initially, this is a very hands-on role where you will roll up your sleeves to launch and manage campaigns across digital, partner, and offline channels.
• You will have the autonomy to drive the roadmap and, as the venture scales, ownership of the marketing budget and the opportunity to build and lead a marketing team of specialist direct reports.
• Influence product development using conversion data and customer feedback to help the team prioritise features that drive acquisition.

Growth Marketing Lead – Insurance Venture

Full-stack Engineer

• You will lead the evolution of the technology and infrastructure that powers our services, build and improve business-critical systems, and shape the technical vision.
• The Tech Lead role combines individual contribution, line management, and ownership of the platform roadmap.
• You will lead a team of developers focused on the reliability of iwoca's shared infrastructure, driving technical strategy and translating our long-term vision into robust, maintainable systems.
• Oversee shared services and infrastructure, ending conflicts between maintenance and delivery through dedicated ownership.
• Act as a hands-on contributor and lead by example in quality, testing, and performance.

Collections

• Own complex and high-value overdue accounts from start to resolution.
• Take accounts from negotiated settlement, litigation or insolvency.
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to secure the best outcome for iwoca and our customers.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts with outstanding balances up to £1m through to completion.
• Manage inbound and initiate outbound telephone calls, letters and emails with care and professionalism.
• Work closely with small to medium business owners to understand their financial situation and agree on realistic repayment plans where possible.

Collections and Recoveries Specialist

• Speaking with business customers who have fallen behind on their loan repayments.
• Having direct, sometimes difficult conversations to understand why a payment has been missed.
• Discussing options to recover what's owed.
• Building relationships with customers in early arrears.
• Understanding each customer's unique circumstances and discussing solutions available to them.
• Managing customer expectations and following up when an arrangement is broken.
• Keeping clear, accurate notes and staying on top of follow-ups and emails each day.

Account Manager

• Our Account Managers are trusted advisors with the consultative sales skills to be able to explain complex products, convert opportunities and nurture a portfolio of businesses to drive growth.
• You’ll have control of the end-to-end customer journey from on-boarding to retention.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with small businesses.
• Helping them achieve their goals with the support of iwoca.
• Converting customers and maximising revenue, from onboarding of new prospects to nurturing a portfolio of existing customers whilst managing businesses end to end through our customer journey, providing industry leading service levels by exceeding our customer’s expectations.

Technical Writer

• The documentation you maintain and improve has a daily, visible effect on how people work — this is not documentation that sits on a shelf never to be read.
• Document new products from day one, setting the standard before complexity accumulates.
• Run documentation migration projects end-to-end: scope what needs to move (and improve), get buy-in from the team that owns it, and deliver it — from operations documentation to people documentation and beyond.
• Choose your work based on impact. You decide when to raise the bar and when documentation is finished.
• Shape how new departments adopt the Handbook. Work with teams that have never used Git, explain why their knowledge belongs in the Handbook, and either run the migration for them or support them doing it themselves.
• Mentor another technical writer — raise their standard by reviewing their work, sharing approaches, and role modelling how to run projects independently.
• Advocate for culture change: the documentation practices that worked for a startup of humans do not serve a scale-up of AI-builders. You’ll help iwoca recognise that and adapt.

Senior Technical Writer

Business Development Rep

• Build, maintain and grow relationships with commercial loan brokers across Germany
• Plan, organize and run partner meetings and regional events — high willingness to travel (regular on-site visits to brokers, events and trade shows)
• Manage and automate partner outreach via our CRM (HubSpot) — segmentation, campaigns, nurturing
• Develop and implement enablement initiatives (training, webinars, sales materials, playbooks)
• Analyze relevant KPIs (activation rate, conversion, volume, CLTV) and derive concrete actions
• Provide telephone and in-person account management including regular check-ins and performance reviews
• Optimize and standardize onboarding processes in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders
