Physical Therapist

Analyst

• Carry a caseload of 8-12 patients, partnering with your Clinic Director and Ivy ABA leadership to drive great outcomes for our young learners.
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Coach and guide behavior technicians in implementing each patient’s individual treatment plan.
• Coach and empower parents and caregivers to learn ABA-based principles and interventions to drive meaningful behavior change outside of session.
• Coordinate care as part of an interdisciplinary care team for patients who receive speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and/or physical therapy from Ivy Rehab for Kids providers.

Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst

• Work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty
• Individualized treatment sessions allowing a patient-centered focus and approach
• Collaborate and mentor while maintaining autonomy and growth specific to each clinician's passions and expertise
• Pursue multiple professional tracks, including new-grad mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities
• Work in a sustainable practice environment that supports high-quality patient care

Full-stack Engineer

• Oversee all aspects of Ivy Rehab’s network and telephone estate.
• Manage and support the full lifecycle of all network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, WAP’s, and telephone infrastructure.
• Work closely with both internal teams and Ivy’s third-party Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure seamless provisioning, management, support and hardware refresh cycles.
• Understand SASE firewalls and how they can be best leveraged by a small geographically distributed business.
• Manage and support the deployment, configuration, and upgrades necessary to maintain connectivity.
• Contribute to the management of all CATO-related costs, identifying the best features to leverage given the current investment.
• Ensure that all devices maintain the correct configuration, overseeing the management of the devices by Ivy’s MSP.
• Manage the availability and end user usage of the VPN service.
