About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work as an outpatient orthopedic clinician with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on clinic specialty
- Deliver individualized, patient-centered physical therapy treatment
- Collaborate with teammates while maintaining clinical autonomy
- Pursue specialty practice areas such as Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, Oncology, Vestibular, Hand, Pediatric, Neuro, Sports, and others
- Provide exceptional patient outcomes and quality care
- Maintain sustainable caseloads and focus on individualized treatment plans
- Participate in mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, leadership, and non-clinical opportunities
- Collaborate with Hospital for Special Surgery and educational partners
- Engage in clinical team support, peer learning, continuing education, professional education planning, and leadership development
- Experienced teammates may become certified clinical instructors and mentor students
- Provide physical therapy services as part of Ivy Rehab's outpatient physical, occupational, speech, and ABA therapy network
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist within the respective state
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
