Communications

• Supporting the wider communications team in delivering internal communications activity across the business, including the drafting and publishing of newsletters and staff notices, facilitating town hall events (both in-person and virtual), podcasts and videos.
• Supporting the wider communications team in driving positive media coverage for Interpath, working closely with colleagues in marketing and our external communications agencies to help build the Interpath brand in line with the firm’s 2030 strategy;
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with members of the media.
• Drafting a variety of written copy for internal and external use, including newsletters, press releases, opinion articles and blogs.
• Reporting and measurement.

Assistant Manager, Communications

People Operations

• Represent the People Team on Interpath’s newly formed Integration team.
• Lead on and execute all activities relating to integration of mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
• Work closely with our People team colleagues, service providers and external advisers to set up the People infrastructure from scratch in new markets.
• Integrate incoming employees into Interpath’s existing infrastructure.
• Work closely with designated People Business Partners to agree on TUPE approach, compensation model, grade mapping and key cyclical People process alignment.
• Perform gap analysis between Interpath existing processes vs those of incoming TUPE employees.
• Work with our external payroll provider and People Operations Manager to set up new payrolls.
• Liaise with our Talent Acquisition colleagues to align with Talent Acquisition technology, processes and hiring plans.

Data Analyst

• Assist in delivering data-driven solutions for clients
• Hands-on role where you will learn and apply analytics techniques
• Support investigations and help prepare reports and visualizations
• Assisting with data collection, cleaning, and preparation for analysis
• Supporting the development of dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Helping extract and organize data from databases and other sources
• Performing basic data analysis and quality checks under supervision
• Assisting in preparing client deliverables such as reports, charts, and presentations
• Learning and applying data transformation techniques (ETL) and basic statistical analysis
• Supporting the team in managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with colleagues across Forensic and Technology teams to meet client objectives

Assistant Manager, Data Analytics – Forensic and Investigations

Director

• Lead and develop Review Management capability as part of the eDiscovery team.
• Assist with data collections, processing and review support in investigations, disputes, and other business issues.
• Develop operational plan for expanding document review function.
• Manage and hire staff for review projects.
• Develop a ‘book’ of freelance document reviewers.
• Engage clients and maintain relationships.
• Oversee engagement setups and project lifecycle processes.
• Supervise junior colleagues and support their development.
• Research developments in eDiscovery/Review arena and adopt standard operating procedures.

Associate Director, Document Review

• Join the founding team of Interpath Advisory France and deliver Transaction Services projects for Private Equity and Corporate clients.
• Work closely with Managing Directors to set up and develop a leading Deal Advisory practice in France.
• Work across the entire deal life cycle in a hands-on role, including buy-side and sell-side work.
• Draft FDD and VDD reports, including Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital analysis, identification of debt-like items, and forecast assessment.
• Collaborate with corporate finance and debt advisory colleagues across the Interpath network to deliver successful transactions.
• Manage day-to-day client interaction and relationships, and promote Interpath's capabilities to clients.
• Be actively involved in business development strategy alongside Managing Directors.
• Counsel and mentor Associates, Senior Associates and Managers.

• Proaktive Steuerung – Gestaltung und Koordination von Projekt-, Integrations- und Steuerungsterminen; Abstimmung mit Managing Directoren, internationalen Kolleg:innen und externen Dienstleistern.
• Projektmanagement Support – Tracking von Fortschritten, Pflege von Aufgabenlisten, Templates und Timelines im PMO.
• Reportings & Präsentationen – Entwicklung aussagekräftiger Reportings, Präsentationen und Statusupdates für DACH und internationale Group.
• Toolmanagement – Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung interner Tools wie Conductor, SharePoint und MS Teams.
