About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As an Associate, you will work closely with our Directors and Senior Associates in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, contributing to the development of a high-level Deal Advisory practice in France.
You will actively contribute to complex structured finance transactions, from establishing securitization programmes to their ongoing monitoring, collaborating with leading stakeholders.
You will be involved in Financial Due Diligence assignments for investment banks and top-tier corporates.
You will work on portfolio analysis and securitization programme projects, with main responsibilities including: conducting financial analyses of assets financed by large corporate groups (CAC 40, SBF 120) and presenting structured findings in investor-facing reports.
Understand the business model of sellers interested in this type of financing, analyze their internal procedures (Order-to-Cash), and synthesize this information for investment banks assessing their investment potential.
Serve as the second point of contact in meetings and calls with senior stakeholders, providing support on the technical and analytical aspects of projects.
Work in an international environment, with possible travel within France and abroad (Europe, United States, Middle East, Asia).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree (business school, engineering school or university — Bac +5) with a specialization in accounting, finance, management or economics;
Prior experience (internship or one year of professional experience) in Audit, Management Control, or Corporate Finance;
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with a rigorous and methodical approach;
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and adapt to new challenges;
Proficiency in Excel, project management skills, and the ability to draft reports in French and English (TOEIC 900+);
Fluent in French, English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
