About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain integrated financial models across a range of disciplines including M&A, debt and equity fundraising, valuations and bespoke client requirements
Build models (cash flow, operational and decision-support models) using financial modelling best practices
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams across M&A, Debt Advisory, Transaction Services and Valuations on client engagements
Analyze and manipulate complex datasets and leverage tools such as Power BI, Alteryx or equivalent to deliver meaningful insights
Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, commercially focused advice.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience building integrated financial models for corporate finance and transaction-related projects
Strong understanding of debt and equity financing structures, valuations and M&A principles
Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and complex corporate structures is preferred
Proficiency in Excel with exposure to data analytics tools such as Power BI, Alteryx or similar
CFA, CA(SA) or ACCA qualification (or equivalent professional qualification) preferred
Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
