About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute detailed financial analysis and modeling for restructuring and distressed scenarios.
Support Portfolio Advisory projects from data preparation through M&A process type execution.
Prepare clear, insightful reports and presentations for clients, summarizing findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with senior team members in client interactions and contribute to the success of advisory engagements.
Assist in business development initiatives, including pitches, market research, and presentations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

BAC(+5) in finance, accounting, etc.
At least 1 year of experience (internship, apprenticeship) in financial advisory, investment banking, or a related field.
Previous experience at a NPL servicer/investor, or at a stakeholder in the NPL field would be an asset.
A relevant degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in financial modeling and analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear and compelling presentations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated interest and understanding of restructuring, distressed assets, or related finance sectors.
