• Drive delivery of the Data Transformation Roadmap
• Lead the delivery of the Data Transformation Roadmap on time, within budget, and meeting scope requirements.

Senior Director, Data Transformation

Security Engineer

• Planificación de la gestión de seguridad y protección
• Apoyar a la Coordinación Senior de Seguridad y Operaciones en la creación de procedimientos, pautas y planificación relacionados con la seguridad del personal y la continuidad del programa en la zona pacifica nariñense.
• Actualización de las Evaluaciones de Riesgos de Seguridad.
• Brindar asesoría a socios locales en temas de seguridad y protección.

• Verificar el cumplimiento de los SOPs de Seguridad e identificar acciones no seguras por parte del staff, establecer planes de mejora.

• Actualización de herramientas de respuesta a emergencias como árbol de comunicación, directorios, mapeo de staff.
• Otras tareas asignadas por el supervisor que estén relacionadas con el objeto contractual y que permitan el desarrollo de los programas del IRC.

Full-stack Engineer

• Provide overall technical direction for SRHR and GBV programming across all DELIVER country programs, ensuring alignment with global standards, IRC's technical frameworks, and the evidence base for humanitarian SRH and GBV response.
• Lead the adaptation and contextualisation of IRC's SRHR and GBV integration models across supported service delivery points, working with country teams to select and apply the most appropriate model based on existing health and protection infrastructure, context and client preferences.
