Platform Engineer

• Serve as primary technical administrator across IRC enterprise AI environments, currently including Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI platform deployments
• Manage user access, API key governance, workspace configurations, and environment-level settings across AI platforms
• Monitor system health, usage patterns, and API performance across AI tools; triage and resolve operational issues as they arise
• Maintain and improve observability across AI systemsTracking uptime, error rates, token consumption, and integration reliability

Applied AI Engineer

Full-stack Engineer

• Reporting to the Deputy Project Director for Content and Delivery, the Early Childhood Development (ECD) Technical Lead provides technical leadership and day-to-day management of Arabic ECD content and program development across the IRC ECD portfolio.
• The role ensures that high-quality, evidence-based ECD content is developed, adapted, and effectively deployed in a way that can be delivered efficiently — including in-person, remote, and hybrid modalities — in MENA.
• Oversee the development, adaptation, and effective utilization of IRC's ECD content and materials for child-facing programs.
• Collaborate with the Digital Portfolio Senior Manager and the wider digital team to ensure that content developed for in-person and remote delivery is appropriately adapted and integrated into digital products and platforms.

Early Childhood Development Technical Lead

Director

• Coordinate with senior leaders to lead the development of comprehensive multi-year engagement strategies for key donors within the portfolio.
• Oversee a team of advisors implementing these strategies coordinating actions with relevant stakeholders across every level of IRC.
• Develop and maintain a network of senior stakeholders within relevant donors to ensure effective engagement, influence, and winning BD approaches.
• Undertake direct representation with donor officials, and support the development of IRC’s donor relationships, including brokering meetings between donors and IRC’s regional or technical Leadership, Country Directors or senior staff in head quarters.

• The AI Learning Specialist will play a critical role in building the IRC’s organizational capacity to use AI tools effectively and responsibly across its global operations.
• Working closely with the Learning & Development Team and AI Task Forces, this role designs, develops, and delivers comprehensive learning solutions that enable staff to integrate AI confidently and ethically into their daily work.
• The specialist approaches learning holistically, collaborating with teams to understand existing processes and systems, identify performance gaps, and develop contextually appropriate solutions.
• Outputs will span workflow-embedded learning experiences, facilitated live sessions, and multilingual resources in formats including e-learning, microlearning, job aids, and guides, reaching technical staff, program teams, and leadership across field and office locations.
• Establish the foundational baseline, by designing a concise, high-impact foundational AI literacy experience accessible to all staff.
• Build solutions that bring learning into the flow of work. Identify opportunities to embed gen AI into learning, enable staff to practice skills, explore role-specific use cases, coach and contextualize AI skills in real work situations.

• Serve as the primary administrative partner to Airbel’s Chief Research & Innovation Officer (CRIO), proactively and strategically managing a complex, high-volume, and rapidly shifting calendar.
• Provide executive administrative support to Airbel’s Senior Leadership Team, effectively navigating competing priorities with sound judgment, discretion, and strong stakeholder management to drive alignment and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of domestic and international travel, including itinerary development, visa coordination where needed, briefing materials, and real-time adjustments.
• Ensure timely and accurate expense reconciliation, maintaining compliance with organizational policies.

• Develop and produce user-specific reports to be used for trend and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document solution requirements for incidents and requests.
• Design, configure, and maintain solutions built on the platform.
