About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to track program and strategy performance
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform global program strategies
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data is well represented to meet stakeholder needs
- Identify opportunities to enhance the data collection and reporting processes
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging analytics tools
- Collaborate with fellow Analytics colleagues to ensure best practices in coding, statistics, and general analysis
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years working in the field of data analytics
- 2+ years’ experience in international humanitarian aid or development
- Proven experience with enterprise data sets
- Technical skills across the data stack: cloud lakehouse platforms (Databricks preferred), Python and SQL, dbt or equivalent transformation tooling, pipeline orchestration, and BI/visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Demonstrable experience planning and executing complex analytics projects across multiple stakeholders.
