About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to track program and strategy performance
Analyze and interpret large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform global program strategies
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data is well represented to meet stakeholder needs
Identify opportunities to enhance the data collection and reporting processes
Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging analytics tools
Collaborate with fellow Analytics colleagues to ensure best practices in coding, statistics, and general analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years working in the field of data analytics
2+ years’ experience in international humanitarian aid or development
Proven experience with enterprise data sets
Technical skills across the data stack: cloud lakehouse platforms (Databricks preferred), Python and SQL, dbt or equivalent transformation tooling, pipeline orchestration, and BI/visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
Demonstrable experience planning and executing complex analytics projects across multiple stakeholders.
