Customer Success Manager

• Own the post-sale customer relationship from onboarding through to renewal and growth — acting as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of accounts
• Spend the majority of your working week on the road, visiting customers at their sites to support adoption, resolve issues, and strengthen partnerships
• Guide customers through product set-up and help them get the most from their Instagrid systems, reducing reliance on combustion generators
• Monitor customer health metrics and act early to address risks, prevent churn, and keep satisfaction high
• Identify and progress upselling and cross-selling opportunities in close collaboration with the sales team
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, demonstrating value and aligning on shared goals
• Gather customer feedback and relay actionable insights to the Product and Engineering teams
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date at all times

Account Manager

• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close - you drive revenue and set the pace
• Build and grow a complex, multilocation key account portfolio, identifying and reaching the right decision-makers independently
• Shape how Instagrid goes to market in the Netherlands - your insights directly influence strategy, product, and marketing
• Develop a strong, sustainable pipeline by becoming a trusted long-term partner to your accounts
• Engage key opinion leaders and industry influencers to put Instagrid on the map where it matters
• Feed real market intelligence back into the business - on customers, competition, trends, and product gaps

Key Account Manager – Netherlands

• You are responsible for the entire sales process in the Central Germany region – from lead generation through to closing.
• You build a high-quality large accounts portfolio and develop it strategically.
• You establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and opinion leaders in the construction industry – up to C-level.
• You translate our global sales strategy to the regional market and implement it locally.
• You provide regular insights into market developments – including competitors, customer feedback, pipeline and metrics – and keep the internal team informed.

Key Account Manager – Construction

• You are responsible for the entire sales process in the Central region – from lead generation to closing.
• You build a high-quality portfolio of major accounts and develop it strategically.
• You establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers in the construction sector – up to C-level.
• You adapt our global sales strategy to the regional market and implement it locally.

• Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing for customers in the USA
• Establish and execute the sales strategy, developing sustainable business relationships with B2B customers
• Grow a firm sales pipeline and define sales quotas, analyzing and continuously improving results
• Foster a community and build relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers
• Provide valuable insights on trends, customer needs, sales methods, product offerings and marketing initiatives

Marketing

• Own the NA marketing strategy end-to-end — driving brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline conversion through multi-channel campaigns, localized go-to-market materials, and ABM execution across key accounts.
• Turn market intelligence and competitive insights into targeted content strategies that win in key B2B verticals.
• Lead and develop one direct report, producing high-impact content across social, email, case studies, and PR.
• Manage the regional budget with a sharp eye on ROI, CAC, and pipeline contribution — optimizing continuously based on performance data.
• Serve as Instagrid's regional Brand Ambassador, owning local media relations and crisis communications in close partnership with the NA Commercial team.

Marketing Manager

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for the Benelux region, with a primary focus on the Netherlands.
• Create and localise marketing content in Dutch and English for social media, newsletters, and the website.
• Manage and grow our regional social media presence.
• Report on campaign performance and provide ongoing analysis.
