Security Analyst

• Assist in gathering data and preparing reports on security and data protection KPIs.
• Help track trends and assist in identifying security and data protection issues based on metrics.
• Support senior analysts in conducting risk assessments, managing vulnerability scan results, and other security and data protection assessments.
• Help document findings and provide input into the risk mitigation process.
• Assist in researching and drafting security and data protection policies, procedures, standards, and guidance.

Account Executive

• Efficiently manage data, artwork and print briefs using our cutting-edge technology.
• Validating information supplied by the client to ensure accuracy of briefing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for our internal helpline, which receives enquiries direct from the client, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Stay on top of Work In Progress (WIP) management, ensuring timely project progression.
• Handle invoicing and month-end tasks efficiently.
• Addressing client needs / concerns as quickly and effectively as possible, to develop and maintain strong relationships.
• Provide support on content and production work within the team.
• Conduct site visits for quality control of POS deliveries.
• Attend press passes/QC sessions at print partners as required.

Content Manager

• Brief Sparks loyalty emails end-to-end: supply clear copy direction, creative requirements, and asset guidance aligned to broader marketing plans and brand style.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Copy, Stories) to ensure timely delivery and consistency across campaigns.
• Manage stakeholder reviews and feedback loops, ensuring all inputs are captured and actioned efficiently.
• Conduct stock checks to validate product availability and relevance for email content.
• Support BU Solus and Trigger emails as needed.
• Support with scheduling, product (sample) coordination, and logistics for shoots.
• Support with admin, including shoot sheets and product docs.

• Track performance metrics, audience engagement and campaign success, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimisation.

Social Project Manager

• Coordinate sample management, pre- and post-shoot production, and the asset approval process

• End-to-end management of Retail Marketing briefs for the client
• Manage and execute campaigns and projects from briefing and quoting to project management, creative reviews, production and launch
• Collaborate directly with clients and internal creative and production teams
• Support across other channel activity including ATL TV Adverts, Organic Social, CRM and general creative activity
