Account Manager

• Key role within the Whitbread F&B account team.
• Deliver best-in-class client service with a focus on responsiveness, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Manage end-to-end campaign delivery for creative services, from creative brief through to final master asset.
• Maintain excellent client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and daily point of contact.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal/client SLAs, processes, and quality standards.
• Manage multiple, fast-paced projects simultaneously across creative, photography, and artwork.
• Own the financial management of your account: invoicing, tracking spend and chasing POs.

Creative Account Manager

Account Executive

You will immerse your-self in the clients business and understand their strategic requirements.

You’ll ensure work is right first time, and that our client feels supported, understood and inspired. (Print knowledge is not essential but is a bonus)

Creative Account Director

Operations

Frontend Engineer

• Turn designs (Figma/PSD) into responsive, accessible, production-ready HTML/CSS.
• Build interactive UI features in modern JavaScript (and, where appropriate, frameworks such as React/Vue/Svelte).
• Support cross-browser compatibility and responsive behaviour across devices.
• Integrate frontends with APIs and work with data returned from back-end services.
• Build and maintain responsive HTML emails using best-practice techniques (including table-based layouts) and support testing across clients.

Front End Developer

Billing Specialist

• Prepare and send out client invoices, track responses and ensure proper payment application
• Work with the account teams to ensure the proper classification of fees and expenses
• Analyze the client contract and bill according to client terms and requirements
• Attend monthly meetings with the account teams to ensure WIP and Out of Pockets are billed or accrued on a timely basis
• Lead and document monthly billing meetings with Account Service and Project Managers to review all active client projects.

• Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and variance analyses.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure consistent application of GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Assist with revenue recognition processes for retainers, fixed-fee projects, and time-and-materials engagements.
• Reconcile project costs, WIP, and deferred revenue balances.
• Partner with Project and Account Management teams to ensure accurate job setup, project reporting, and expense tracking.

• Produce end‑to‑end photographic and video shoots, from brief through to final asset approval
• Plan and manage studio and on‑location product shoots for Hotel Chocolat campaigns

Marketing Account Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Work closely with Client Leadership to develop financial strategies, alignment and key metrics needed to support overall organizational growth targets.
• Drive the long-term planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the business and provide actionable monthly reporting, analysis and recommendations.
• Lead accountability for proper forecasting, accounting, and recording of client billings and revenue recognition by gathering relevant data, analyzing trends, and identifying key drivers.
• Conduct variance analysis between actual financial results and budget/forecast figures to identify discrepancies and underlying reasons.
• Analyze financial data & provide insights to improve client service profitability.
• Ensure that the recording, measurement, and reporting of all financial transactions adhere to GAAP, internal corporate policies and procedures, and any government regulations and local business requirements.
• Assist in developing commercial offerings, including pricing strategies, policies, payment terms, schedules, etc.
