Account Executive

• Proactively connect with prospective and existing customers by phone and email to uncover needs, introduce solutions, create sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth
• Own customer enquiries within an assigned territory, moving quickly to engage prospects, answer questions, and keep opportunities progressing
• Clearly communicate product value, pricing, and recommended solutions that help customers meet their hiring and recruiting goals
• Follow up consistently and confidently to nurture leads, advance opportunities through the sales cycle, and close new and renewal business
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date customer records, activities and pipeline information within Salesforce and Outreach
• Stay curious and informed about our products, customers, and market so you can spot opportunities, speak credibly, and sell with confidence

Customer Success Manager

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Lead customer success activities such as onboarding and training.
• Identify opportunities for clients to get more value from our products.
• Build and maintain regular communication with key accounts.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.
• Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Manage the successful implementation and fulfillment of client engagements from onboarding through completion
• Develop project timelines and communicate deliverables and milestones
• Build long-term client relationships through regular communication and campaign reviews
• Prepare and present campaign performance reports

Corporate Customer Success Manager

Journalist

• Reporting and writing 2-3 500-1200-word stories per week, either assigned or conceived by you.
• Writing 2-3 Quick Takes weekly, short, 250-300-word items aggregated from other news sites.
• Attending twice-weekly editorial meetings.

Reporter

• Engages directly with prospective and existing customers via telephone and email to understand their needs and challenges, presenting relevant products and services to generate sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries within an assigned territory, providing timely and professional support.
• Educates customers on products and services, explains pricing structures, responds to enquiries, and articulates value propositions to strengthen customer relationships and support sales outcomes.
• Conducts proactive follow-up activities via telephone and email to nurture leads, progress opportunities, and maintain customer engagement throughout the sales process.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date customer records, activities and pipeline information within Salesforce and Outreach.
• Demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning, maintaining up-to-date product and industry knowledge to effectively support customers and identify commercial opportunities.

• Drive sales of IHE’s new site-wide subscription service to universities across North America
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate key markets
• Generate new business opportunities by leveraging market research
• Cultivate and manage relationships with new and existing university clients
• Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to deliver content-led panel discussions
