Account Executive

• Serve as a domain expert, thoroughly understanding the business needs of financial professionals and clearly demonstrating how the Zephyr Platform, PSN data, and Zephyr API solve client challenges and create value.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Zephyr’s portfolio analysis tools, performance reporting features, and cloud-based technology, including how they support financial decision-making and client relationship management.
• Develop and expand the sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, outreach, and leveraging existing industry contacts within the financial services sector.
• Adhere to Zephyr’s structured sales process, including following set timelines, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining detailed records of all client interactions in Salesforce.
• Create and implement strategic sales plans aimed at engaging non-client prospects, with a focus on connecting with senior executive decision-makers within the financial advisory and wealth management industries.
• Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, collaborating with teams across business disciplines, including marketing and product management, to maximize sales effectiveness and revenue generation.
• Consistently meet assigned sales targets for profitable revenue growth.
• Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline in Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting within a margin of +/- 20%.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Senior Business Management to deliver competitive, tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of financial professionals.

Sales Executive – Wealth Management Software

Marketing

• Deliver marketing campaigns on time, within deadline and at a consistently high standard.
• Support the marketing team to contribute 5-15% of total revenue (event-depending) through MQL generation and nurture.
• Use our tech stack to build automations, segment data, and report insights that highlight what’s working (and what isn’t).
• Lead on the execution of multi-channel campaigns (email, content, digital, automation).
• Build audience segments and automations in CRM (Salesforce, Eloqua, or equivalent).
• Collaborate with the brand, attendee marketing, and sales teams to align marketing activity with pipeline goals.
• Report on campaign performance and provide insight-based recommendations for optimisation.
• Apply AI tools (like ChatGPT) to speed up content production and streamline repetitive tasks.
• Identify trends and opportunities for repurposing campaign assets across the portfolio.
• Support development of future marketing strategies based on campaign analysis and commercial performance.

Commercial Marketing Manager – 1 year Contract

• Management of the Onboarding Platforms & all templated Communications to ensure all are maintained and accurately updated with any changes throughout the year
• Act as subject matter expert for the WelcomeIn and Activate Programmes
• Will work with and support Team Leader to escalate and deliver any training requirements.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with project teams, in-country HR teams, and the Informa Communication team, facilitating effective collaboration to deliver manager guidance, identify current onboarding processes, and ensure local requirements are met.
• Proficiency in data collection and analytical techniques to consolidate insights that inform stakeholder communications, enhance feedback processes, and drive evidence-based decision making across the organization.
• First line response for escalated queries and complex onboarding matters
• Provide first point of contact for hiring managers and new colleagues resolving queries professionally and promptly
• Working with the Global operations teams to establish a smooth transition of all starters post offer and moving into the onboarding stages
• Management and updating of the new colleague tracker on a day-to-day basis
• Initiate new starter onboarding process, preparation and issuing of all documentation, welcome meetings and reminders starting at pre-boarding through to one year after joining
• Organise key onboarding events throughout the programme, ensuring the colleague is informed and attending, whilst maintaining the tracking schedule
• Management of key systems & relationships with account holders of these systems to support wider onboarding processes, ensuring guidance on usage is up to date and work with Team Leader to cascade to rest of team (including but not limited to – Absorb, Random Coffee)
• Handles diverse and confidential information requiring extreme accuracy, independent judgement and discretion.
