Supply Chain

• Lead the company’s supply chain function across procurement, S&OP, materials management, inventory control, manufacturing planning, and supplier management
• Run the company’s S&OP process and ensure it drives decisions around demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and build readiness
• Own procurement across key suppliers, components, and materials, including supplier selection, vendor negotiation, purchasing discipline, and supplier performance management
• Own materials management end to end, including inventory control, shortages, replenishment, WIP visibility, material movement, and overall material-flow discipline
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Finance on make-versus-buy decisions, capacity planning, and production readiness
• Build and maintain planning processes that connect forecast, demand, supply, inventory, supplier lead times, manufacturing capacity, and build plans

• Support new product introduction and prototype-to-production transition, including supplier readiness, material planning, BOM integrity, change control, and build execution support within PLM and ERP environments
• Improve supply continuity and reduce execution risk through scenario planning, escalation management, and mitigation strategies
• Partner closely with Finance and Accounting to strengthen inventory controls, transaction discipline, and purchasing controls
• Build metrics and reporting that give leadership clear visibility into supply risk, inventory health, supplier performance, material readiness, and capacity constraints
• Drive improvement in the systems, process controls, and data integrity that support planning, procurement, materials management, and execution from PDM through PLM to ERP
• Build and lead the team over time, setting a high bar for ownership, responsiveness, and execution discipline across the function

Director, Supply Chain

Engineer

• Support the build, integration, and maintenance of neutral atom quantum computing systems
• Work closely with physicists and engineers to assemble and maintain laser systems, ultra-high vacuum hardware, RF systems, analog and digital electronics, and precision opto-mechanical assemblies
• Diagnose and repair analog, digital, and RF electronic circuits
• Build and modify opto-mechanical assemblies
• Assemble, maintain, and troubleshoot UHV systems

Quantum Lab Engineer

Electrical Engineer

• Design small analog and mixed-signal circuits used for instrumentation, control electronics, and laboratory hardware.
• Develop and maintain PCB designs for prototype and experimental systems.
• Bring up and debug new electronics hardware, including power supplies, RF subsystems, and digital control electronics.
• Perform laboratory testing and measurements using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, VNAs, multimeters, and signal generators.
• Support integration of electronics into optical, mechanical, and experimental physics systems.
• Assist senior engineers with hardware architecture, component selection, and prototype development.
• Build and modify experimental hardware including wiring harnesses, test fixtures, and lab instrumentation setups.

Associate Electrical Engineer

Program Manager

• Responsible for overall program leadership and success, direction and guidance that ensures successful program execution in accordance with the budget, schedule, contract, Statement of Work and technical specifications.
• Focal point for establishing program execution goals and strategy in a fast paced and often dynamic environment. Create the vision that energizes and enables the team to win and deliver new technologies and capabilities to objective markets.
• Act as the main interface with the Customer and Infleqtion stakeholders on all program related subjects.
• Lead technical, manufacturing, and subcontracts staff in execution of the contract.
• Responsible for the program’s major metrics – sales, bookings, profit, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Review and evaluate the program status on a continuing basis per established company practices, and work unplanned program issues to a best solution, including development of plans-forward, escalation and increased resources, as required. When necessary, lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Work closely with QSS executive management to communicate program progress and resolve issues and concerns.
• Work with engineering operations management to ensure the program is staffed with appropriate skill levels and that work is being accomplished according to plan.
• Ensure that all business is conducted using the highest ethical standards and in compliance with all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations.
• Identify and ensure required compliance with government, contractual, and company regulations, policies/procedures and guidelines; negotiate acceptance / approval of all program plans with internal interfaces and the customer.
• Coordinate the shared use of capital assets and company facilities with other programs.
• Ensure that program requirements, purposes, objectives, and expectations are communicated and flowed down to the internal team and subcontractors.
• Develop and monitor fidelity of the program baseline including definition of tasks, program budgets and program schedules.
• Employ proactive risk & opportunity management processes and practices to mitigate or capture potential program issues and improvements.
• When contractually required or directed by internal execution controls, employ Earned Value (EV) and Earned Value Management (EVM) processes and practices including variance reporting.
• Lead and/or support in the development of program add-on/follow-on activities including capture planning, program execution strategies, definition of assumptions and ground rules, and developing executable program plans.
• Participate in proposal preparation activities in support of new business capture opportunities with existing and/or new customers and programs.
• Lead technical, contracts, and subcontracts staff in monitoring performance of subcontractors performing on the contract.
• Direct the work of program leads and other designated staff supporting contract execution, delegate critical functions, as required.

Senior Program Manager

Systems Engineer

• Work with internal teams and customers throughout multiple programs to develop and manage system architectures, subsystem functions, and interface requirements for quantum technology platforms—such as sensors, clocks, and control systems
• Establish a lean standardized system engineering practices and processes to support programs ranging from deep technology R&D to early product development
• Work with team members across the company to refine and update our Product Lifecycle (PLC) policy and workflows to optimize efficiency and process value
• Ensure uniform application of systems engineering tools (e.g. Jama) and methods across projects
• For selected key R&D projects:

Machine Learning Engineer

• Develop and implement quantum-inspired machine learning models, including tensor network–based architectures (e.g., MPS/TTN/PEPS-inspired models) for structured data analysis
• Design and evaluate quantum machine learning algorithms suitable for near-term and fault-tolerant quantum computers
• Build hybrid classical–quantum workflows integrating classical ML pipelines with quantum processors and/or quantum sensors
• Develop ML models for signal processing, state estimation, calibration, and noise mitigation in quantum sensing systems

• - Structure bespoke, high-impact transactions aligned with long-term enterprise value.
• - Provide risk-balanced guidance that enables revenue generation while protecting intellectual property, regulatory posture, and public company obligations.
• - Support engagements involving government and regulated customers. Experience with government contracting frameworks (e.g., FAR/DFARS) is a plus but not required.
• - Coordinate with internal stakeholders on export control and national security considerations. Familiarity with ITAR/EAR is a plus.
