Manager

• Under the direction of the Facility Planning Program Director, this position assists and manages the development, implementation, and oversight of system-wide design standards.
• It ensures that planning, design, and construction activities across all care sites align with established standards and construction requirements.
• This position is responsible for maintaining and promoting consistency in the application of unified design standards to deliver a cohesive throughout the healthcare system.
• It integrates regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and operational needs into the design and construction standards.
• This position also serves as a key representative of Intermountain Health, collaborating with external Architects, Engineers, Contractors, State Agencies, Building Officials, Vendors, etc.
• Shift: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm will require some travel to care sites periodically.
