Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
Prior experience in leveraging HR practices to drive successful business results
Experience in a Human Resources role with autonomy, critical thinking, and application of labor laws
Prior experience conducting thorough employee relations investigations as an HR professional
Ability to manage a large workload with autonomy in a remote-based team
