Director, Strategic Business Optimization

Manager

• The EDI Manager is a hands-on technical expert and program owner responsible for leading, executing, and continuously improving the organization’s Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) ecosystem. This includes direct configuration, mapping, troubleshooting, and trading partner onboarding, as well as managing the technical relationship with SPS Commerce, the organization’s EDI VAN provider. The role also includes full program management responsibilities which include defining the EDI roadmap, maintaining governance, enabling internal teams, supporting outsourced technology delivery, overseeing a contractor for daily technical support, integrating EDI workflows with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and ETL processes, managing projects in ServiceNow, and working directly with business units and EDI customers to ensure alignment, responsiveness, and operational excellence.

EDI Manager

Executive Assistant

• Provide advanced administrative support and relief of administrative detail to company executives
• Contribute to efficient use of executive's time by relieving them of delegable administrative details
• Perform a multitude of highly complex administrative tasks and provide full administrative support using superior knowledge of administrative functions
• Anticipate & follow-up on deadlines ensuring information is available; communicate with people inside and outside the company; research and gather information; complete projects and assignments punctually
• Utilize discretion, judgment, and initiative to continue office responsibilities when the executive is unavailable

• Drive and support sales opportunities through CRM and ABM systems

• Complete distributor quotes per request of Sales and BD
• Review CRM activity and enter document and account information for leads and projects
• Proactively search targeted construction/addition/renovation projects for lead generation
• Serve as first point of contact for leads to engage and vet opportunities
• Load and maintain project list in CRM and distribute qualified leads to BD team
• Utilize ABM system to monitor website activity, pull leads, and support email campaigns

Inside Sales Analyst

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Leads the regular financial processes for the business including closing the books, forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis of results
• Prepares and consolidates financial statements analyzing results to determine and recommend profit and/or cash flow improvement opportunities
• Owns Commercial Finance Reporting – Product Line/Customer Profitability (8020)
• Drives the preparation of the monthly forecast and Quarterly Business Review for all functional areas of the business and related subsidiaries.
• Oversee backlog, orders, and sales monitoring to assist cross-functional teams in the development of financial analysis to support business objectives
• Compile financial and operating results and provide financial support to the commercial and operating team driving accuracy and timeliness reports.
• Drive continuous improvement and simplification improving daily & monthly reporting as MBRs, QORs & AOP.
