Account Executive

• Generate new business for the agency – take responsibility and ownership for making our business grow and improving/building the relationships with our existing and future customers
• Handle lead volume primarily through referrals and inbound calls (no cold calling)
• Work closely with a sales producer and other team members on all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewals while adhering to HUB's best practices and standard procedures
• Develop new business from existing accounts and contributes to meeting departmental production goals. Identifies and follows-up on cross-selling opportunities when appropriate
• Provides professional, courteous service to our clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues, resulting in a rate of account retention that meets or exceeds expectations
• Acts as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve escalated complex service issues. May also negotiate with underwriters and carriers.

Talent Acquisition Partner

• Responsible for marketing renewals for P&C lines such as Professional Liability, General Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Commercial Property, etc.
• Managing submissions pipeline to various insurance markets – communicating with carriers daily to discuss updates and set expectations
• Negotiating coverage terms, conditions, and pricing
• Working closely with other team members to gather exposure data from clients to deliver to our markets
• Working closely with other team members to set expectations with our clients regarding their renewals
• Creating coverage comparisons including terms and conditions for presentation
• Coordinating loss run delivery, loss summaries, detailed claims summaries, and loss displays for clients
• Updating Exposure Spreadsheets in Excel and on Epic as clients and carriers make policy changes throughout the term

Senior Account Executive

Marketing

• Managing the end-to-end annual Group Health benefits renewal process for an assigned block of clients
• Requesting and managing the RFP and quote process with the various insurance carriers
• Creating and managing spreadsheets to effectively display and communicate the quote information received from the various insurance carriers
• Working with their aligned Account Executives (AE) to create a recommendation plan to present to clients
• Creating and managing all proposals for the AE to present to our clients
• Assisting the AE with the underwriting process including working with the various insurance carriers and clients

• Manage an assigned book of High Net Worth personal lines business, including accounts of varying size and complexity, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Provide comprehensive insurance and risk management counsel, acting as a technical resource and advocate for clients throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Conduct thorough reviews of coverage, exposures, limits, and pricing; identify gaps and opportunities; and deliver clear, timely recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of all HUB services to assigned clients, including renewals, marketing, stewardship activities, and service deliverables.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with carrier representatives, underwriters, and other external partners to secure optimal terms, coverage, and pricing.
• Collaborate with Producers and internal stakeholders to drive organic growth through cross-selling, upselling, and development of new business from existing accounts and assigned leads.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance in all account documentation, correspondence, and transactional activities.

Account Manager

• Provide exceptional service with accuracy in processing renewals, endorsements, policies, and audits by agency required timelines.
• Ensures timely processing of invoices and client requests.
• Work with client/team on gathering marketing data, preserving quotes, client/carrier correspondence and updated client information in agency management system.
• Prepares and implements all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts.
• Obtain quotes from carriers for new and existing business.
• Review initial carrier proposals for accuracy and prepare initial client documents.
• Prepares reports, proposal and comparisons for team as required.
