Client Service Representative – Employee Benefits
HUB InternationalClient Service Representative in HUB International's Employee Benefits division. Responsible for servicing group and individual accounts and assisting Consultants with documentation and communication.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist Consultants with all aspects of servicing group and individual accounts
- Maintain accurate renewal calendar
- Communicate renewal timelines to Account Executives
- Process documentation: renewals, proposals, claims history, customer correspondence
- Maintain electronic and paper client/carrier files
- Ensure accuracy of policy documentation from insurers
- Contact clients regarding renewals and claims
- Provide policy and coverage information to clients upon request
- Attend occasional client meetings with Consultants
- Create marketing materials and presentations for Consultants
- Act as liaison between Consultants and Corporate clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successful completion of LLQP or willing to obtain within the first year
- 2+ years of experience in the employee benefits industry
- Willingness to learn and take on increasing levels of responsibility
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent Communication
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
- Good working knowledge of underwriting arrangements
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable conducting employee education sessions
