About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administrative support for the Account Management Team.
- Setup, maintain and update Broker Management System.
- Process enrollments, changes and termination requests as needed.
- Request carrier renewals, documents and invoices.
- Support printing and shipping needs.
- Assist with value add invoicing processing.
- Assist with managing intake process.
- Assist with researching enrollment and billing requests.
- Provide high quality of work with a professional demeanor, technical accuracy and conformity to company policies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 year of related customer service experience and/or training in health care or benefits administration; or equivalent education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Strong customer service skills is preferred
- Problem Solving – Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; Gather and analyze information skillfully; Develop alternative solutions; Work well in group problem solving situations; Use reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
- Customer Service – Manage difficult or emotional customer situations; Respond promptly to customer needs; Solicit customer feedback to improve service; Respond to requests for service and assistance; Meet commitments.
- Strong ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of work.
- Teamwork – Support everyone’s efforts to succeed. Correctly follow HUB International policies and procedures, escalation protocol, communications best practices and documentation standards.
