AI Engineer

• Lead embedded cycles end-to-end: discovery (workflow mapping + KPI definition), build/launch, and scale/standardize.
• Ship full-stack internal systems that teams rely on daily; balance speed with maintainability.
• Own and evolve shared internal AI software that multiple teams depend on.
• Establish clear ownership paths for each deliverable: team-owned (shared), co-owned (team-specific), or handoff (when there’s a natural long-term home).

Embedded AI Engineer

• Lead and grow the Mobile Platform team, including senior engineers and/or engineering managers, with a focus on high standards, clarity, and sustainable velocity.
• Define and evolve the mobile platform strategy across iOS and Android, including shared architecture, tooling, CI/CD, testing frameworks, release processes, and performance foundations.
• Partner closely with Mobile Product, Design, Data, and AI teams to enable faster experimentation and delivery of customer-facing features.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development workflows across mobile engineering (e.g., code generation, testing, debugging, release validation), measuring impact on quality and speed.
• Ensure mobile foundations support Homebase’s transition toward agentic, AI-powered mobile experiences.
• Stay close to the details—reviewing designs, unblocking complex technical challenges, and helping teams make high-quality decisions quickly.

Senior Engineering Manager, Mobile Platform

Sales

• Own a one-call-close motion (with follow-up for trials), targeting ~1–2 closes per rep/day (as the model stabilizes).
• Set and manage activity + conversion inputs (connect rate, show rate, trial-to-paid, close rate, time-to-close).
• Build the “daily operating system”: call QA, scorecards, pipeline hygiene, and weekly coaching cadence. Hire and ramp the first Toronto pod (3 reps in immediately), scale to ~9 reps in Q2, and ~15 reps in the plan as the model proves out
• Builds the playbooks and motions for how we sell AI to owners who are skeptical, busy, and not “tech-first.”
• Turns strong early signals from Toronto into a repeatable revenue engine for our AI hiring product
• This is a builder role, not a maintenance role. The right person has taken a company from ~$1M to a few million in ARR, built a small team, and loves being close to product and customers

Founding Sales Leader – SMB

Product Manager

• Co-own the platform roadmap in close partnership with engineering leadership for authentication, authorization, identity, and shared business capabilities, balancing immediate needs with long-term scale, security, and developer velocity
• Partner with Engineering and leadership to help define platform strategy, direction, and roadmap
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business-critical systems scale reliably and meet company needs
