• Own the customer’s first 60-day experience—defining the product strategy and roadmap to accelerate onboarding, activation, and early engagement.
• Own all product aspects of freemium->paid user and upsell conversions
• Drive company-level impact on new customer revenue goals by partnering with Sales, Marketing, and GTM leadership.
• Set the long-term vision and execution path for growth, onboarding, and all PLG products, including AI-enabled experiences that simplify customer tasks.
