Key responsibilities & impact

Own the content calendar end-to-end and coordinate content development
Develop native content for Instagram and TikTok
Build and manage relationships with customers and creators
Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across platforms
Track and report on engagement metrics regularly
Work closely with the Creative team and share best-performing content

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years managing organic social media for a consumer or SMB brand
Comfortable producing your own content for Instagram and TikTok
Experience managing creator or customer relationships end-to-end
Experience managing a high-volume content calendar across multiple contributors
Experience pulling reports from social analytics tools
Expected to continuously experiment with AI tools
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with partners
