Architect

• Develop catalogs of rooms, groupings, and massings designed as reusable components with defined relationships, constraints, and configuration logic
• Establish the rules of assembly — what connects, what's constrained, what produces structurally sound and aesthetically coherent homes
• Translate deep residential design intuition into structured, repeatable patterns that can be systematized
• Partner with plan development leads to ensure the design system produces homes that are buildable, code-compliant, and market-ready
• Contribute to standard details, design guidelines, and modeling best practices that support automation and scalability
• Help define a new programming language, in effect, for how homes are created

Architecture Lead, Read to Build

Engineering Manager

• Lead planning and delivery across the generative model, geometry pipeline, and BDG APIs
• Partner with PMs early to scope PRDs, surface constraints, and assess feasibility before engineer owners take over delivery
• Evaluate technical proposals from your team and route them forward — to the Director of Engineering when scoped to your team, or to the ARC when they cut across squads
• Coordinate with the other BDG EM to keep technical direction, interfaces, and the platform coherent across both teams
• Shape a clean contract between the building model and Higharc Studio's interaction and rendering systems as its API surface matures
• Develop and mentor engineers, and attract strong computational geometry and CAD talent across North America

• Build and maintain full-stack features spanning UI, API layer, business logic, and data models
