• Lead implementation of builder homes into the Higharc Editor, managing task progress and gaps through to delivery
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for builder product leads, translating existing plans and documentation into Higharc-compatible settings
• Represent Higharc in technical pre-sales conversations and provide ongoing technical support to platform users
• Deliver QA/QC on the Editor product, logging bugs and surfacing issues with precision and context
• Contribute subject matter expertise as a target user, providing structured feedback that informs product direction

• Own the delivery of customer configurations and home plans into the Higharc platform
• Translate home plans, validate configurations, and produce documentation that meets the standard Higharc's builders depend on

• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for builder inquiries, helping map their products and documents into Higharc-compatible settings

• Own the Implementation function end-to-end — managing a team of Implementation Leads and Specialists, setting the standard for how implementations run, and making sure customer onboarding consistently delivers measurable value.
• You'll create the reporting and dashboards that surface where work is flowing and where it's stuck, then act on what you see.
• You'll push your team toward standardization — fewer one-off approaches, more templates and repeatable systems that preserve quality at scale.
• When something goes sideways with a customer, you step in.
• You'll also work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales — translating implementation learnings into product feedback and coordinating across teams to solve problems that don't stay in one lane.
