Regional Training Supervisor

Chief Marketing Officer

• Build and execute field marketing plans that align with revenue, capacity, and seasonality across digital and traditional channels.
• Own the field marketing budget; allocate spend across campaigns and markets to maximize ROI.
• Lead and mentor brand marketing managers and marketing specialist team; uphold clear goals, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, ringless voicemail where compliant, direct mail, print, lead aggregators, OOH, TV, Radio, CTV, etc.); manage the seasonal offer and content calendars.
• Oversee journeys and automations that convert leads to booked jobs and repeat business using CRM/lifecycle platforms (e.g., ServiceTitan Marketing Pro, Hatch).
• Own weekly executive reporting; monitor data hygiene & attribution, translate KPIs (CPL/CPA, speed-to-lead, booking rate, revenue/LTV, membership) into actions. Analyze key performance metrics for campaigns and market trends.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and compliant messaging across all touchpoints.
• Partner with the Director of Digital on attribution, UTMs/GTM, DNIs/call tracking, LSA/PPC feedback loops, SEO/GSC inputs, CRM integrations, and CRO rollouts to support local brands. Partner with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives.
• Coordinate creative, print, web, and lifecycle vendors; manage SLAs and outcomes.

Director of Field Marketing

Accountant

• Ensure completion of monthly accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, prepaid expenses and gross margin analysis.
• Prepare, analyze, and review general ledger account reconciliations as part of the month-end close process.
• Provide in-depth analysis to assist in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as well as state and local compliance requirements including sales tax.
• Perform accounting and financial analyses to identify key trends and support critical estimates, such as accruals and reserves.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and serve as a business partner to aid in the preparation and reporting of financial results.
• Provide audit assistance- supporting information, PBC schedules, and explanations as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Corporate Finance Team

Senior Accountant

Procurement

• Support supplier onboarding, vendor setup, and credit application processes.
• Maintain vendor records, contracts, pricing agreements, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with sourcing initiatives, bid analysis, and supplier evaluations.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics, rebates, pricing compliance, and service levels.
• Support contract administration and maintain procurement documentation.
• Support administration of a fleet exceeding 500 vehicles across multiple states.
• Assist in vehicle ordering, registration, titling, transfers, disposals, and replacement activities.
• Maintain fleet records and asset databases.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, maintenance trends, fuel consumption, and telematics reporting.
• Develop and maintain reports using Excel and other business systems.
• Analyze procurement spend, vendor performance, fleet costs, fuel usage, and operational trends.
• Create dashboards and executive summaries for leadership review.
• Manage purchase requests and ensure compliance with approval workflows.
• Support inventory and asset management initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving procurement, fleet, operations, finance, and vendors.

Procurement & Fleet Enablement Specialist

• Guild Garage Group is seeking a highly organized, operationally minded, and relationship-driven Field Onboarding Supervisor to own and scale onboarding programs across our growing portfolio of brands.
• Own and manage onboarding and early training programs
• Maintain and continuously improve onboarding curriculum, training materials, facilitator guides, SOPs, assessments, and certifications
• Ensure onboarding programs remain current and aligned with operational processes, systems, tools, and expectations
• Standardize onboarding experiences while allowing flexibility for brand-specific needs
• Build and support scalable onboarding frameworks as Guild continues to grow and acquire new brands
• Facilitate engaging virtual and/or in-person onboarding sessions for new hires
• Deliver high-energy training experiences focused on practical application and skill development
• Conduct role plays, coaching sessions, certifications, and onboarding check-ins
• Support new hires throughout onboarding through regular follow-up, coaching, and progress tracking
• Reinforce company culture, accountability, and operational expectations during onboarding
• Partner closely with brand leadership to support successful onboarding execution and field readiness
• Help operational leaders strategize onboarding experiences based on team structure, staffing, and operational capacity
• Support train-the-trainer initiatives to help field leaders effectively reinforce onboarding and OJT expectations
• Monitor onboarding progress, certification completion, and onboarding adherence across brands
• Conduct onboarding audits and identify opportunities to improve onboarding consistency and execution
• Build strong relationships with operational leaders and act as a trusted onboarding partner
• Track onboarding metrics including ramp progression, onboarding completion, retention trends, certification outcomes, and performance indicators
• Partner with Recruiting, Operations, and leadership teams to identify onboarding gaps and performance trends
• Maintain onboarding systems, learning platforms, reporting, and training documentation
• Use onboarding data and feedback to continuously improve onboarding effectiveness and learner outcomes
• Manage onboarding communications, scheduling, attendance tracking, and program coordination across multiple time zones
• Collaborate with Operations, Recruiting, HR, and Brand Leadership teams to align onboarding programs with business needs
• Support implementation of new operational processes, tools, and systems into onboarding experiences
• Help create a consistent onboarding experience that supports employee retention, readiness, and long-term success.

Field Training & Onboarding Supervisor

Customer Support

• Provide front-line and Tier 2 support across multiple brands.
• Administer key applications (ServiceTitan, Microsoft 365/Entra ID, Intune/Autopilot, IBM MaaS360)
• Maintain reliable, secure networks (Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPN).
• Partner with co-managed helpdesk and internal teams to resolve issues, document solutions, and drive process improvements as new acquisitions are onboarded and technology is standardized.
