Operations

• Monitor that payment methods work properly, escalate issues to respective providers and teams;
• Analyze acceptance rates of different payment methods/providers/cashiers and make decisions as to which payment method to enable/disable and which volumes to process on each;
• Ensure sufficient available balance across different payment methods to process withdrawals, initiate top-ups, and analyze the cost structure of each method;
• Review and create backup/contingency and emergency plans;
• Create monitoring guidelines and procedures for monitoring and support teams;
• Report daily and weekly payment activities and issues to the Head of Operations;
• Assist with the integration of new payment providers/methods;
• Suggest product/flow improvements (e.g., validation fields, placeholders on forms);
• Handle requests from customer support;
• Test new payment methods integrations/deployments;
• Partner closely with the BI department to build, ensuring data-driven enhancements to all internal reporting and consistent tracking of critical business metrics.

• Manage delivery flow in the payments area, from planning to release;
• Coordinate work between development, QA, integration teams, and stakeholders;
• Plan capacity, distribute tasks, and keep the delivery process moving;
• Work with product changes, provider integrations, routing logic, and user payment flow;
• Align priorities and adapt plans when business needs change;
• Communicate project status, timelines, risks, and estimations clearly;
• Support the delivery of complex technical projects where reliability and stable system work are important.

Financial Crime

• Work with high-risk and complex KYC cases independently;
• Dive into KYC/AML activity, fraud prevention, and enhanced due diligence (EDD);
• Analyze customer verification data (IDs, proof of address, payment methods) and identify inconsistencies or manipulation;
• Influence risk processes and contribute to continuous improvements;
• Work in a rotating 5/2 schedule (09:00 – 18:00, EET);
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, Compliance, Payments, Product).

Risk KYC Specialist

QA Engineer

• Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical documentation to design effective test cases;
• Create and maintain testing documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports);
• Execute API testing, perform feature and regression testing on different stages, starting from business requests to full-scale production rollout;
• Analyze reasons for the failed test, report issues, take corrective actions;
• Participate in process improvements to increase the product's quality and the team's performance.
