Business Development Rep

• First point of contact for almost all new customers, reporting to and working side by side with the Go To Market engineer
• Quickly jumping on inbound enquiries from Marketing Campaigns and turning them into exciting opportunities
• Working with the GTM Engineers to build, automated, compelling outreach campaigns in email and LinkedIn
• Calling a wide variety of prospects and stakeholders identified as ideal customers, identifying their pain points and what drives their buying decisions
• Relentlessly testing new messaging, outbound calling techniques to drive as many qualified meetings as possible
• Building out your social profile to become a go to resource for our prospects
• Utilising AI enabled sales & marketing platforms to maximise your effectiveness (Clay, Heyreach, Smartlead, Salesfinity)
• Feeding vital insight back into the GTM team to improve our entire GTM motion
• Teaming up with our product and sales teams to grow your product knowledge

Business Development Representative

Solutions Engineer

• Partner with Account Executives to lead the technical sales process, demonstrating Gravitee’s value and transforming prospects into happy, successful customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions, deliver impactful product demos, lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and provide expert technical guidance to customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers to ensure current customers maximize the value they get from Gravitee and identify growth opportunities.
• Engage with partners and service providers to explore new opportunities and technical collaborations.
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to influence product evolution, provide customer feedback, and contribute to webinars, blog posts, and other content initiatives.

Product Manager

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and understood by all team members
• Work closely with engineering during product discovery, sprint planning, and development to turn high-level strategy into actionable stories
• Write and refine JIRA user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements in close collaboration with engineers
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment between product and engineering
• Collect and prioritise customer, user, and stakeholder needs to guide backlog decisions
• Act as the bridge between senior Product Managers and engineering teams, ensuring that strategic goals are delivered through technical execution
• Monitor sprint progress, remove blockers, and make trade-off decisions to keep delivery on track
• Collaborate with UI/UX and QA to ensure a high-quality, user-centered product experience
• Support customer-facing teams with product knowledge when needed

Full-stack Engineer

• Interact with the Product Owner to help define the future of Gravitee’s products
• Develop new end-to-end features: from design to implementation (develop and integrate APIs and the front-end interfaces and visualizations they power to deliver product features)
• Work with other team members to develop and maintain new features
• Participate in Tech Sprint during which the focus is made on improving the existing codebase
• Share your (tech and non-tech) knowledge during our internal Gravitee TechTalk
• Prioritising issues and giving our customers (both internal and external), located in multiple countries and time zones, the level of duty and care they need to help implement our platform in their environments
• Creating knowledge articles to complete our documentation and enabling customers to better understand product use cases
• Being innovative within the team and with customer to help improve processes and tools
• Assist the support team to help customers have the best experience possible with our products
