About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and own the US field marketing plan, aligning investment to pod performance (NORAM East, NORAM West) and pipeline targets.
- Partner with Sales leadership to identify target accounts, priority regions, and the right program mix (events, ABM, dinners, roadshows) for each.
- Localize national campaigns and narrative (including category and product messaging) into regional programs that land with specific audiences.
- Plan and run the full lifecycle of field programs: third-party conference sponsorships, owned events, executive dinners, regional roundtables, and account-based experiences.
- Own pipeline and SQL targets for field-sourced and field-influenced programs, reporting performance by region and pod.
- Track program ROI and use the data to reallocate budget toward what's working.
- Partner with Demand Generation and Paid Media to ensure field programs are supported by pre- and post-event nurture and ad targeting.
- Collaborate with Sales on account selection, outreach cadence, and program follow-through so field marketing is viewed as a revenue partner, not an events function.
