Customer Support

• Lead the Americas-based side of GoFundMe’s global Care organization and act as Care’s lead point of contact during U.S. timezone

• Manage full lifecycle of vendor, customer, and partnerships contracts across product, engineering, marketing, IT, sales, partnerships, and other stakeholders
