About the role

  • Manage full lifecycle of vendor, customer, and partnerships contracts across product, engineering, marketing, IT, sales, partnerships, and other stakeholders
  • Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, sales agreements, license agreements, professional services agreements, consulting agreements, and NDAs
  • Provide basic guidance to stakeholders on contractual rights and obligations and interface with vendors on contractual issues
  • Partner with procurement and legal teams to build and improve contracting policies, processes, templates, playbooks, and knowledge libraries
  • Support legal operations and utilize contract-management system to coordinate contract review and maintain accurate contract records
  • Manage projects including updates to terms of service and policies, coordinating responses to RFPs, supporting corporate diligence and data-driven initiatives, and supporting insurance-renewal process

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience as a contracts manager, paralegal, or other relevant experience managing and advising on the full contract lifecycle
  • Strong experience with master agreements, purchase agreements, sales agreements, license agreements, statements of work, amendments and NDAs
  • Proficiency in contract matters for sales, partnerships, and vendor-facing stakeholders
  • Ability to perform basic redlining of contracts and negotiate based on playbooks
  • Experience managing updates to internal and external policies
  • Proficiency in contract-management tools like Ironclad, Airbase, and AI review tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and run projects autonomously
