About the role

  • Partner with Account Executives in pre-sales cycles to uncover technical and operational pain points related to global IT equipment deployment, asset lifecycle management, and cross-border workforce support
  • Design and present tailored IT solution packages that may include device procurement/leasing models, HRIS integrations, global device lifecycle solutions, and SLA-backed managed services
  • Act as the technical voice in client meetings—owning demos, RFP responses, IT security reviews, and product deep-dives
  • Translate customer workflows and requirements into proposed configurations and processes within Deel’s IT platform
  • Advise on implementation considerations across multiple geographies, including compliance, import/export logistics, and local market nuances
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Legal, and Enablement to advocate for prospect needs, accelerate deal velocity, and refine value messaging
  • Stay ahead of evolving trends in global workforce IT support

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or similar role—preferably in SaaS, IT Asset Management, or HR Tech
  • Strong understanding of IT procurement, device lifecycle management, or SaaS integrations (MDM, SSO, Endpoint Security etc)
  • Comfort discussing APIs, data flows, and systems architecture with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to simplify complex solutions and clearly articulate ROI
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration instincts and the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-moving sales cycles
  • Bonus: Experience supporting enterprise clients in multi-country environments
