Partner with Account Executives in pre-sales cycles to uncover technical and operational pain points related to global IT equipment deployment, asset lifecycle management, and cross-border workforce support
Design and present tailored IT solution packages that may include device procurement/leasing models, HRIS integrations, global device lifecycle solutions, and SLA-backed managed services
Act as the technical voice in client meetings—owning demos, RFP responses, IT security reviews, and product deep-dives
Translate customer workflows and requirements into proposed configurations and processes within Deel’s IT platform
Advise on implementation considerations across multiple geographies, including compliance, import/export logistics, and local market nuances
Collaborate with Product, Operations, Legal, and Enablement to advocate for prospect needs, accelerate deal velocity, and refine value messaging
Stay ahead of evolving trends in global workforce IT support
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a client-facing Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or similar role—preferably in SaaS, IT Asset Management, or HR Tech
Strong understanding of IT procurement, device lifecycle management, or SaaS integrations (MDM, SSO, Endpoint Security etc)
Comfort discussing APIs, data flows, and systems architecture with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to simplify complex solutions and clearly articulate ROI
Strong cross-functional collaboration instincts and the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-moving sales cycles
