About the role

  • Welocalize: global transformation partner delivering multilingual content transformation and AI training data solutions
  • MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: Versatile, hands-on Solutions Architect to shape, scope, and deliver scalable AI data solutions
  • Support pre-sales engagements and act as technical voice translating customer needs into solutions
  • Design and document solution architectures for data collection, annotation, evaluation, and enrichment projects
  • Build prototypes or light proofs-of-concept to support customer discussions and internal innovation
  • Collaborate with Delivery, Engineering, and Product for implementation and handoff
  • Evaluate and recommend technical tooling (annotation platforms, automation tools, QA frameworks)
  • Develop reusable templates, documentation, and best practices; contribute to RFP/RFI responses
  • Stay informed on AI data trends, GenAI applications, and customer pain points

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or related role, preferably in data services, AI/ML, or software
  • Strong understanding of data workflows in AI/ML, including annotation, LLM training/evaluation, or content moderation
  • Familiarity with data tooling (e.g., Label Studio, Amazon SageMaker Ground Truth, or similar)
  • Comfort with scripting (Python, SQL) and working with structured/unstructured datasets
  • Ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, clear, concise, and customer-focused
  • Experience with GenAI, RAG pipelines, or LLM evaluation a plus
  • (Nice to have) Experience supporting global data operations at scale
  • (Nice to have) Background in linguistics, NLP, or computer vision projects
  • (Nice to have) Familiarity with APIs, basic cloud services, or building internal dashboards/tools
