Manager

• Responsible for creating an environment for the field technicians that is positive, motivating and an enjoyable place to work.
• Effectively monitors SLA achievement, weekly installations, Technician time off/on call status, delinquent account receivables, contract renewal status, and all special projects for the District on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Staff: Continually work to maintain full staffing levels of high-quality field service technicians in region.

• Customer Satisfaction and Retention: maintain a proactive retention plan and complaint action plan, meet or exceed all customer commitments, manage installations and training, and encourage proactive service call avoidance.
• Sales Support: work as a team to provide customer solutions, including pre-sales support, post-sales implementation support, and customer feedback communications.
• Financial Responsibilities: achieve projected revenues and margins, expense control, spare parts management, proper technician vehicle stock levels, workload balancing, contract service level delivery/achievement.
• Company Vehicle Program: ensure maintenance schedules are met, vehicle expenses are controlled and accident prevention programs are adhered to.
• Safety: Ensure that team members are adhering to safety guidelines, formal and informal safety messages are regularly communicated, proper reporting and assessment is made for any job site accidents (for and injury or property damage).
• On-Call and after hours support, as needed.

District Service Manager

Planner

• Process incoming parts and supply orders for field, partners, and customers. Review, schedule, and revise shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of products to satisfy customer requirements.
• Verifies system perpetual inventory reports against physical count of inventory, research issues, and correct variances.
• Issue orders to meet customer requirements, define safety stock levels, internal sub-component build and any rework requirements. Release management for field, partner, and customer orders. Emergency sourcing with established vendors
• Confer with department managers or other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.
• Follow up on Defective Material Reports (bad out of box or early life failures) through to closure.
• Manage partner forecast for Glory affiliates, domestic and international.
• Liaison regularly with the purchasing department to maintain order promise dates, investigate shipment issues with various shipping vendors (inbound & outbound) to expedite flow of materials and meet customer expectations.

Payroll

• Manage monthly international payrolls as the payroll subject matter expert.
• Working collaboratively with our HR & Payroll Administrator to audit and ensure accurate processing of UK payroll
• Support the HR & Payroll Administrator with end-to-end employee life cycle administration, including contractual changes, sickness absence, onboarding, offboarding, probation management, and related payroll inputs.
• Provide cover for HR & Payroll administrator during absences
• Conduct audits of HR database records, payroll and benefits processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Responsible for the end year/monthly statutory reporting to external and internal auditors as requested
• Supporting Expatriates whilst on assignment, including payroll arrangements and Visas, which includes liaising with third parties

Human Resources, Payroll Co-ordinator – Fixed Term

Accountant

• Champion the ERP system, to ensure it is utilised to its full potential, in order to continually improve processes and efficiency with the Finance function and the wider business
• Lead month end; prepare monthly journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, loading and reconciliation of results into the consolidation system, prepare monthly reporting packs, KPI’s and ad-hoc financial information
• Work closely with the Finance Manager to analyse and interpret results and trends, including monitoring revenue and overheads and, where appropriate, propose corrective action in relation to deviations against budget
