Accounts Receivable

• The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for customer invoicing, cash application of customer payments, and collection efforts. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for this role. Currently, this role will be heavily involved in a system conversion and must have expert technical skills.
• Performs daily invoicing of customer Sales Orders
• Performs daily payment application of customer payments
• Performs daily collection on past due accounts
• Performs setup of customer contracts and billing cycles
• Performs monthly invoicing for service contracts
• Assists the AR Manager as requested on special requests
• Performs necessary research for timely response to customer questions on their account
• Ensure that all required internal documentation is completed prior to customer invoicing
• Work with IT to implement AR process improvements
• Reconcile that customer(s) invoices are uploaded to their EDI or PO system in defined timeline
• Perform account reconciliations for various AR accounts
• Process journal entries for miscellaneous deposits
• Reconcile bank statements
• Participates in annual audit, providing timely responses to auditors’ requests
• Participate in system conversion from NetSuite to JD Edwards

Accounts Receivable Analyst

Sales

• This junior role supports our Sales Support Team in the sales cycle.
• Involved in the whole order processing cycle: from quoting/order placing to invoicing, from a transactional point of view.
• Manage all order entry activities for global operations including customer order management and system input; obtaining approvals for order placement, stock, price, and credit release; order inquiries and follow-up; customer contact; advance payment lines.
• Maintaining Customer directories.
• Responsible for order date management.
• Ensure compliance with JSOX for the sales admin processes.
• Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
• Frequent interaction with the Commercial Manager and Operations Team to agree on stock allocation and customer orders.
• Any other tasks as required to ensure the effective operation of the role and the whole department.

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Diagnose system problems and make repairs
• Keep customer apprised of progress during maintenance or a down system situation
• Complete machine installations, Engineering Change Notices that affect system upgrades, and Hardware /Software upgrades that may require technical assistance
