• Performs operational duties in support of regulatory, security, and industry practices and compliance documentation

• Plans and manages operations performed by professional staff in support of CH-TRU activities
• Responsible for the oversight and management of professional staff engaged in coordination of subcontractor’s work
• Ensures effective policies, procedures, and systems are in place to support N3B subcontractor oversight
• Ensures effective communication between the STRs, SRs, Project Managers, and N3B Mangement
• Oversees subcontractor’s projects quality, safety, timing, cost and compliance
