Support Engineer

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution for HRIS (Workday) issues, including configuration errors, data discrepancies, and system functionality concerns.
• Collaborate with Tier 1 support teams, HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to resolve escalated cases, implement enhancements, and deliver cross-functional system solutions.
• Analyze system performance, identify root causes of issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure data integrity, system stability, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with integration teams to manage and support data interfaces between Workday and other business systems, ensuring seamless and accurate data flow.
• Contribute to system testing, validation, and quality assurance for new configurations, releases, and upgrades to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Assist with the preparation and updating of HRIS documentation, such as process guides, knowledge base articles, and training materials.
• Assist in the conduction of end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support to enhance user adoption and optimize system utilization.
• Support HR projects, system enhancements, and reporting/analytics initiatives by providing subject matter expertise and actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with data security, audit requirements, and company policies in all HRIS processes and activities.
