About the role
- Act as the key link between marketing and sales to support top-of-funnel sales for a given target industry
- Deliver outbound campaigns following an orchestrated sequence with support of marketing
- Meet a monthly target based on outbound activity
- Manage prospect lists, data, and build campaigns within lead gen tools (eg. Salesloft) and execute those campaigns
- Qualify inbound leads and create opportunities fit to be passed to Sales Consultants
- Work with segment-focused sales team members and become an expert in assigned industry (eg. Gaming/Payment Providers/etc)
- Research prospects, target personas, and the segment landscape to assist with lead scoring and account based marketing
- Build prospect target lists using business development tools
- Build strategies with clear KPIs and ROI; deliver trackable campaigns aligned with strategic objectives
- Own data management for prospecting
- Develop, manage and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders
- Use a data-driven approach and demonstrate ROI on all activities
- Attend office at least twice a week as part of hybrid working model
Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a sales development representative in a fintech, SaaS tech company, or financial business
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment & thrive within it
- Delivered demand generation activities, meeting individual and team targets
- Delivered a segment-led approach to outbound resulting in improvement in key team KPIs
- Understands different demand generation and sales development techniques
- Proficiency in Hubspot or similar CRM
- Have a positive winning mindset
