About the role
- Design, test, and scale multi-channel campaigns including digital marketing, email nurture, outbound, and ABM; Partner with SDRs to iterate on messaging and inbound follow-up; Build and own an experiment framework; Define and track leading indicators; Partner with Sales on ICPs and targeted campaigns; Collaborate with content and product marketing; Measure ROI across channels; Help hire and grow the demand gen team; Lay groundwork for product-led growth.
Requirements
- Curiosity over credentials; Hands-on operator; Experience with demand gen channels (email, paid ads, and tools like Hubspot, Clay, Scrunch AI, Profound); Strong analytical skills; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; A builder’s mindset, scrappy, iterative, and comfortable with change; Provide evidence of exceptional ability in application; Must be able to meet hybrid requirement in San Francisco; Will you require visa sponsorship?
