About the role

  • Develop and execute demand generation and lead generation strategy to capture and nurture exhibitor leads across multiple channels
  • Build ABM strategies for key clients and deliver MQLs to commercial teams
  • Create operational implementation plans and ensure adherence to deadlines (Gantt charts, Time & Action Plans, Content Calendars, Budget Trackers)
  • Identify target segments, build engagement programs and optimise spend across marketing channels
  • Build website strategy and relevant landing pages to maximise traffic and conversion for lead generation
  • Define sales alignment and lead handoff processes (MQL to SQL) and maintain regular feedback loops with sales
  • Monitor campaign performance, produce monthly MQL reports and recommend execution changes based on data insights
  • Work with data & insights specialists to ensure accurate, tagged and standardised data; ensure data governance
  • Output multi-channel campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, remarketing, web and social and use CRO to optimise
  • Write copy, proof collateral, adhere to brand guidelines and Informa standards
  • Support the sales team by delivering exhibitor leads and managing the exhibitor journey

Requirements

  • Experience of marketing automation technologies would be an advantage (preferably Eloqua)
  • Experience of working with CMS platforms (coding knowledge not required)
  • Experience of marketing analytics and reporting platforms (Google Analytics/Adobe or others)
  • Experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (content, SEM, email, retargeting, events, paid social)
  • Ability to build ABM strategies and operational implementation plans
  • Ability to work as a contractor for a 12 month period
