Account Executive

• Identify and engage key decision-makers in school districts through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Set up high-value meetings for Account Executives.
• Work closely with sales leadership to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and optimize conversion rates.
• Maintain and update CRM records to track pipeline and performance metrics.
• Develop a deep understanding of Edia’s products and how they solve key challenges in education.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation efforts and outreach campaigns.

Sales Development Representative

• Close $500K / Year
• Close $125k in revenue per quarter (quarterly quota) through new and existing customers, averaging 2-3 won deals per month.
• Book 2+ Meetings / Week
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of at least $500k per quarter, ensuring consistent opportunity flow.
• Run at least 5 customer meetings per week, 2 of which need to be initial discovery meetings with new prospects or new contacts within existing accounts.
• Salesforce Hygiene
• Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline in Salesforce across (on average) 10-20 qualified opportunities at any given time.
• Ensure that pipeline stages, next steps, and close dates are consistently updated and reflective of the deal's actual status.

Account Executive, SM Segment

Backend Engineer

• Architect and oversee backend systems across our product lineup and internal tooling
• Guide AI coding assistants to implement large-scale changes and new features
• Review, debug, and refine AI-generated code to production standards
• Use AI internally to automate business operations
• Ship full-stack features end-to-end

Senior Backend Engineer

• Close $250K in revenue per quarter (quarterly quota) through new and existing customers.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of at least $800K per quarter, ensuring consistent opportunity flow.
• Skilled at targeting key decision-makers within accounts and using personalized outreach strategies to open new opportunities.
• Experience with multi-threaded account penetration and navigating complex B2B sales cycles.
• Run at least 5 customer meetings per week, 2 of which need to be initial discovery meetings with new prospects or new contacts within existing accounts.
• Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline in Salesforce/Clari across (on average) 10-20 qualified opportunities at any given time.
• Ensure that pipeline stages, next steps, and close dates are consistently updated and reflective of the deal's actual status.
• Demonstrate the ability to operate effectively within a fast-growing, high-ambiguity segment of the business, using creative problem-solving and a proactive approach to uncover and address customer pain points.

• Work with the CEO to shape an insanely compelling product vision
• Meet with 100+ prospective clients to deeply understand their problems and validate solutions
• Define product requirements, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive alignment across teams
• Build functional prototypes and front-ends yourself using AI coding tools—you should be able to vibe code your way to a working product
• Refine products with great attention to detail
• Work with marketing to communicate that vision and captivate customers
• Work tightly with engineering to ship high-quality products on time
• Use data and customer feedback to iterate and expand key workflows
• Define success metrics and hold yourself accountable to outcomes
