About the role
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies to drive qualified leads and conversions.\n
- Own and optimize the customer acquisition funnel, from awareness to activation.\n
- Collaborate with product and engineering to implement growth experiments and improve onboarding flows.\n
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.\n
- Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and SEO initiatives.\n
- Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and report on growth metrics.\n
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and messaging.\n
- Partner with sales to align lead generation efforts with pipeline goals.\n
- Test and iterate on pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product-led growth, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.\n
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, and SQL.\n
- Experience running A/B tests and growth experiments.\n
- Excellent communication and project management skills.\n
- Familiarity with the foodservice industry is a plus but not required.\n
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and experimentation.
