About the role

  • Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies to drive qualified leads and conversions.\n
  • Own and optimize the customer acquisition funnel, from awareness to activation.\n
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to implement growth experiments and improve onboarding flows.\n
  • Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.\n
  • Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and SEO initiatives.\n
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and report on growth metrics.\n
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and messaging.\n
  • Partner with sales to align lead generation efforts with pipeline goals.\n
  • Test and iterate on pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product-led growth, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.\n
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, and SQL.\n
  • Experience running A/B tests and growth experiments.\n
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.\n
  • Familiarity with the foodservice industry is a plus but not required.\n
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and experimentation.
