Banking Operations Manager

Analyst

• Drive the onboarding of new clients efficiently, ensuring alignment with internal AML/CTF policies and procedures.
• Act as a subject matter expert on AML onboarding and share best practices across teams to support a consistent compliance culture.
• Perform full end-to-end onboarding for corporate entities, including customer due diligence, risk assessments, and account set-up.
• Accurately review and assess KYC documentation in line with risk appetite and regulatory requirements (JMLSG, 5MLD, PSD2, etc).
• Conduct PEP, sanctions, and adverse media screening using third-party tools, ensuring appropriate escalation and documentation of findings.
• Monitor and track onboarding progress through internal systems, proactively identifying and addressing bottlenecks or delays.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors providing KYC, ID verification, and screening services.
• Undertake periodic reviews, trigger event reviews, and enhanced due diligence where applicable.
• Support ongoing enhancements of the AML and financial crime framework through feedback, testing, and implementation of procedural updates.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure audit readiness by logging all onboarding decisions, correspondence, and documents.
• Assist the compliance department with onboarding analysis, while preparing weekly, key performance indicators (KPIs), management information (MI) periodic reporting and statistics.
• Assist with drafting, maintaining, and enhancing onboarding policies, checklists, and SOPs in line with evolving regulatory requirements.
• Provide AML customer onboarding-related advice when working with a broad group of stakeholders within the business (Commercial, Banking, Operations and Technology teams) to ensure critical partners are aware of all potential financial crime risk exposure and considerations.
• Support the Head of Client Delivery in various tasks, including regulatory research, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting.
• Assist with audits preparation, and thematic reviews by providing requested onboarding documentation and commentary.
• Prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and escalate them to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) as needed.
• Stay current on relevant regulatory developments (e.g. FCA Handbook, Wire Transfer Regs, FATF recommendations) to ensure continued compliance.

Client Delivery Analyst – Onboarding

Sales Development Rep

• Act as the key link between marketing and sales to support top-of-funnel sales for a given target industry
• Deliver outbound campaigns following an orchestrated sequence with support of marketing
• Meet a monthly target based on outbound activity
• Manage prospect lists, data, and build campaigns within lead gen tools (eg. Salesloft) and execute those campaigns
• Qualify inbound leads and create opportunities fit to be passed to Sales Consultants
• Work with segment-focused sales team members and become an expert in assigned industry (eg. Gaming/Payment Providers/etc)
• Research prospects, target personas, and the segment landscape to assist with lead scoring and account based marketing
• Build prospect target lists using business development tools
• Build strategies with clear KPIs and ROI; deliver trackable campaigns aligned with strategic objectives
• Own data management for prospecting
• Develop, manage and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders
• Use a data-driven approach and demonstrate ROI on all activities
• Attend office at least twice a week as part of hybrid working model

Sales Development Representative

• High-impact role bridging raw data and strategic intelligence across Commercial, Product, Risk, and Operations.
• Develop analytical tools, predictive models, and network intelligence to drive growth, efficiency, and client experience.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for client acquisition, upsell, retention, and network expansion.
• Partner with commercial and product stakeholders to embed data into sales, account management, and network growth.
• Build models for customer segmentation, anomaly detection, forecasting, fraud/risk scoring, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Design and deliver dashboards and visualisations to surface key network and commercial metrics.
• Work with Engineering to ensure data quality and richness for complex tasks and models.
• Audit and enrich datasets; recommend new internal or third-party data sources (behavioural, market, enrichment data).
• Champion best practices for data modeling, reporting, and experimentation and mentor the Data team.
