About the role
- Data Management & Reporting: Work cross-functional with business leaders to develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Power BI; support integration/validation of data from various sources; perform basic data cleaning, transformation, and querying; document reporting processes.
- Marketing Strategy and Analytics: Track and analyze marketing KPIs; analyze current customer segments and CRM data migration; prepare recurring/ad hoc reports; evaluate performance of email, digital advertising, social media, SEO, and content marketing; collaborate on A/B testing; contribute to benchmarking and segmentation.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Experience (coursework, internship, or project work) with Power BI, Excel, or other BI/reporting tools
- Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and performance metrics
- Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to non-technical audiences
- Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative
