About the role
- Lead global lifecycle strategy from onboarding to retention and win-back
- Create segmented, high-converting email and CRM flows using data-driven triggers, robust automations, and scalable messaging
- Manage complex lifecycle journeys across HubSpot, MailChimp, and Zapier
- Draft copy or collaborate with content team to align on voice, timing, and segmentation
- Localize lifecycle content for multilingual audiences with team support
- Coordinate with product and support to ensure accurate, helpful messaging across all lifecycle stages
- Manage audience segmentation based on behavioral, demographic, and CRM data
- Define and report on KPIs: Demos, Open Rate, CTR, Referrals, Reviews
- Maintain data health across HubSpot, MailChimp, GA4, Looker Studio, Zapier, Tag Manager
- Build triggered flows corresponding to funnel stage, churn risk, and activity level
- Partner with acquisition and community teams to align lifecycle with campaigns, events, trials, and new feature releases
- Drive customer advocacy and retention strategies through smart automation and messaging
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, timing, and segmentation logic
- Help increase demo volume, improve retention and reduce churn, drive product adoption and repeat engagement, and increase referral and review rates
Requirements
- 7+ years managing email or CRM programs for B2B organizations
- Deep knowledge of lifecycle architecture, messaging strategy, and CRM segmentation
- Expert in tools like HubSpot, MailChimp, Zapier
- Strong grasp of GA4, data visualization, and automation logic
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute, test, and report
- Preferred: Experience with account-based marketing or product-led growth models
- Preferred: Bilingualism (e.g., English + Dutch/French/German/Spanish)
