About the role

  • Lead global lifecycle strategy from onboarding to retention and win-back
  • Create segmented, high-converting email and CRM flows using data-driven triggers, robust automations, and scalable messaging
  • Manage complex lifecycle journeys across HubSpot, MailChimp, and Zapier
  • Draft copy or collaborate with content team to align on voice, timing, and segmentation
  • Localize lifecycle content for multilingual audiences with team support
  • Coordinate with product and support to ensure accurate, helpful messaging across all lifecycle stages
  • Manage audience segmentation based on behavioral, demographic, and CRM data
  • Define and report on KPIs: Demos, Open Rate, CTR, Referrals, Reviews
  • Maintain data health across HubSpot, MailChimp, GA4, Looker Studio, Zapier, Tag Manager
  • Build triggered flows corresponding to funnel stage, churn risk, and activity level
  • Partner with acquisition and community teams to align lifecycle with campaigns, events, trials, and new feature releases
  • Drive customer advocacy and retention strategies through smart automation and messaging
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, timing, and segmentation logic
  • Help increase demo volume, improve retention and reduce churn, drive product adoption and repeat engagement, and increase referral and review rates

Requirements

  • 7+ years managing email or CRM programs for B2B organizations
  • Deep knowledge of lifecycle architecture, messaging strategy, and CRM segmentation
  • Expert in tools like HubSpot, MailChimp, Zapier
  • Strong grasp of GA4, data visualization, and automation logic
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute, test, and report
  • Preferred: Experience with account-based marketing or product-led growth models
  • Preferred: Bilingualism (e.g., English + Dutch/French/German/Spanish)
