About the role

  • Develop tailored paid media strategies for each brand based on goals, audience, and funnel stage. Manage budget allocation by brand and platform (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) with a focus on ROI, CPA, and LTV. Launch multi-funnel campaigns for lead gen, eCommerce, recruitment marketing, and B2B awareness. End-to-end campaign execution: audience selection, bidding strategies, creative coordination, tracking setup. Continuously optimize campaigns using data insights (CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC). Suggest and implement A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and CTAs. Create clear performance reports with actionable insights. Analyze KPIs like CPC, CPM, funnel drop-offs, ROAS, and conversion rates. Set up tracking using UTM parameters, dashboards, and attribution models. Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver high-converting creatives aligned with each brand. Ensure smooth post-click experience with optimized landing pages, CRM sequences, and conversion flows. Work closely with marketing leads to align strategies with each brand's identity. Support employer branding, internal recruitment campaigns, and B2B service promotions. Manage platform reps and troubleshoot with ad account support when needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media buying, or similar roles. Proven track record in campaign optimization across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Strong ability to manage small and large budgets and deliver measurable performance improvements. Preferably experience working in startups or high-growth, fast-paced environments. Advanced proficiency in audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Looker (or similar). Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis. Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple projects and stakeholders. English level: B2 minimum (Advanced communication required); Spanish is a plus.
